COZYCOUGAR’S TERMS OF SERVICEBy purchasing an adoptable or commissioning me you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.ARTISTIC RIGHTS AND REGULATIONS1. I will post completed commissions on my social media and use them as artwork examples unless asked otherwise by the client. If you would like a commission to remain incognito from the public, do not hesitate to let me know.2. I ask that you credit me as the artist when using my artwork for personal or commercial purposes. Purchased artwork is free of charge for commercial usage. Please credit me when posting my designs, artwork, or collaboration pieces anywhere.3. After purchasing a character, you may alter the design to your liking if desired.4. Reselling, trading, and gifting my designs is permitted. You must resell my designs for the same amount as purchased for unless more artwork is added to the character. If I have given you a design for free, you may only gift or trade them.5. All commissions will be completed within 1-3 weeks. Every client will be provided sketch updates. Clients can keep track of their order’s progress on my Trello. You may ask for multiple revisions on the sketch until you are satisfied with it. I do NOT offer revisions after the client has approved of the sketch. I will only revise a completed commission if there is an error on my end (ex: missing item, marking misplacement, etc).6. I have a right to decline a commission or sale for whatever reason that may be.PAYMENT1. I accept payment via CashApp (US) and PayPal through USD currency.2. One week holds are the MAX amount of time I offer for adoptables.3. For my commissions, I provide the sketch before payment. Full payment is required after you have approved of the sketch.4. NO REFUNDS are offered after you have approved of the sketch.5. NO REFUNDS are offered on adoptable sales.6.
